Oops.
So, I just finished watching Elaine Strich: Live at Liberty. I got it on Netflix because I am supposed to watch cabarets and talk about what works and what doesn't work. I really enjoyed Ms Strich's performance. It was very funny, but also moving. It covered a range of music that young and old would recognize. Now all I need to do is turn 70 and remember funny annecdotes about my life and string them together with song, and I'll be set!
Today was not a good day on the healthy odometer, but I'll get back on track tomorrow.
I have been helping a friend with conceptualizing an opera that she is co-directing and some of our ideas may have technical difficulties, but I really hope we can get them through because it would be awesome. I think its time we push the envelope a little further.
Don't you?
